HeyJugi Terms of Use
Effective date: August 29, 2026
Agreement
By creating an account or using HeyJugi, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Accounts
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity performed through your account.
Device authorization and consent
You may pair only devices you own or are authorized to control. Device-control features require device-specific consent. You are responsible for selecting appropriate permissions and revoking access when a device is sold, shared, lost, or no longer under your control.
Automated actions
HeyJugi can perform supported actions on paired devices and connected services. Sensitive actions may require confirmation. You are responsible for reviewing important actions before approval.
AI limitations
AI-generated responses can be inaccurate or incomplete. HeyJugi is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, safety, or other regulated advice. Verify important information independently.
Device maintenance and system actions
Maintenance, restart, shutdown, file, screenshot, clipboard, browser, and application-control features may affect devices or data. HeyJugi should use scoped tools and confirmations, but users remain responsible for backups and authorization decisions.
Connected services
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. HeyJugi is not responsible for third-party outages, restrictions, policy changes, or service actions.
Acceptable use
You may not use HeyJugi to gain unauthorized access, bypass security, distribute malware, steal credentials, unlawfully monitor others, violate privacy rights, or perform illegal activity.
User content
You retain rights you have in content you submit and grant HeyJugi the limited rights necessary to process that content to provide requested features. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for content you upload or ask HeyJugi to process.
Generated content
Images, video, audio, documents, and other generated content may be subject to intellectual-property, publicity, privacy, and provider restrictions. Users are responsible for how generated content is used or distributed.
Software updates
HeyJugi applications may receive updates. Where automatic updates are enabled, authorized releases should be verified before installation. Features may change over time.
Availability
HeyJugi may experience downtime, bugs, compatibility limits, or integration failures. No guarantee is made that every feature will always be available on every device.
Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or terminated for violations of these Terms, fraud, abuse, security threats, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the service.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HeyJugi is provided without a guarantee that it will be error-free or suitable for every purpose. Final warranty, limitation-of-liability, indemnification, dispute-resolution, governing-law, and arbitration language should be completed with qualified legal counsel before broad public launch.
Changes
These Terms may change as HeyJugi evolves. Material updates should be communicated through the service and the effective date updated.
Contact
Before public launch, replace this section with the legal business name, support email, and mailing address that will handle legal notices.
Password recovery and two-factor verification
Password recovery requires access to the email address connected to the account. Optional two-factor verification may require an authenticator code or an unused recovery code after the password. Users are responsible for keeping recovery codes private and available. Resetting a password does not automatically remove two-factor verification.
Onboarding preferences
HeyJugi may use optional work-focused onboarding answers to organize examples, prioritize tools, and personalize responses. Users can skip or edit these preferences. Onboarding selections do not guarantee that a feature, integration, or result will be available.
Product draft: these Terms should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before HeyJugi is offered broadly to the public.
